I currently have a client that is trying to knock my fee from 25% to 15% PLUS they now want to pay the fee over 12 months! They are getting an abundance of resumes on their own and have to save costs by cutting back on outside services. How would you react to this?

Michael Gionta

Larry,

No quick way to answer this, but you can read my most recent posting (3/11) on "Options" that does address how you can create the value to justify a higher fee.

Mike
