[Note: This post isn’t for the "general public” and is only meant for members of my list. I’d be very grateful if you didn’t share this URL, (i.e. please don’t link to this post from Twitter, Facebook or your blog)].
I’m lucky enough to be able to travel with my family, take extended vacations and coach 5 different baseball teams in the spring and fall.
I got to spend some extended time in Florida recently. First time with my clients and then some time on a stunning beach and visiting the Red Sox Winter home.
This trip was unexpectedly gorgeous.
Anyway, I use this time away from my usual life to rethink, reassess, and reflect on where my business is heading.
All of this brings me to . . .
Last week, I found myself 95% done with a live “training” I’ve been working on for months. But I stopped developing it altogether. I stopped cold in my tracks.
I did this because, while I might come across as pretty relaxed, I’m completely obsessed about creating the ultimate learning experience. I’m an uber-perfectionist when it comes to my paid programs & even more so about my live events (although my best friends know I’m definitely not a perfectionist in pretty much everything else).
So I stopped developing the training because I knew that, even after I’ve finished the content, the event just wouldn’t be ready for the big ass public launch I was planning. (That launch is being placed on hold for a bit, as you’ll see in a moment).
Anyway, when my new thing (i.e. My How to Hire GREAT Recruiters, Get them Producing Quickly and Retain them LONG Term Intensive) launches, I want to make absolutely sure that
- the content has already been battle-tested in front of a room,
- every exercise is perfect,
- that the venue creates the right vibe, the event logistics are seamless,
- and that the whole experience of the event is as extraordinary as the training itself.
I want to make sure that every possible kink has been ironed out.
How You Can Benefit From This
So here’s what I’m thinking about doing . . . and I’d like your feedback.
I’m considering offering an initial limited group of 25 people access to The Recruiter Hiring Intensive in June (around the 16th/17th).
It will take place in Northern NJ/New York Metro Area.
For 80% off the eventual price.
Here’s the tradeoff:
I want you to be part of the training, give me feedback on the content, share the results with me as they happen, let me know if the venue is right, and answer a couple of questions . . .
. . . and in exchange for this, you get 80% off the final price…
Is This Something You’re POTENTIALLY Interested In?
At this point, I’m not looking for commitments (Jeez, I haven’t even told you exactly what the How to Hire Great Recruiters Intensive IS, or how much it will be!) . . .
. . . but if you’re *potentially* interested in becoming one of the First 25 in the Hiring Recruiters Intensive, then email me at Mike@theRecruiterU.com and let me know... Feel free to tell me what you would like to see covered, so I can make sure I'm on course!
I have no clue what the interest will be, but if you and enough others are interested, then you’ll receive more details in the next few days.
